If you are applying for a volunteer position (I.E. Football Coach, Cheer Coach Board position) League Background checks are now $20 but are good for 2 years. You need to fill out the two forms above. They are Pdf Fillable forms, so you can type in them and print them out. After you have fill them out please sign them and turn them in to our President Mike Barhart. He will initiate your background check which all of us have to pass before we can start to work with children.

Thank you for offering to volunteer your time. Without your help and time it becomes diffcult to make the whole program run smoothly.
